- Non Cycling kit is produced and shipped from our trusted partner Printful
- Orders take 2-5 business days to process
- Delivery estimates are from 2 to 21 business days depending on the location

Lameda Cycling Kit
- Lameda Cycling Kit is shipped direct from Lameda
- Orders are processed in 1-2 days
- Delivery estimates up to 20 days for all locations
Bike Boxes
- Bike Boxes are shipped direct from the manufacture and can take 30-60 business days to arrive
Shipment to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, for oversized items or those requiring courier services, we may require a physical street address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your destination country.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with your neighbours or local post office first.

For lost or stolen packages, contact us at info@lyvocycling.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

For damaged items: please file a claim with the carrier and then email us photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist with replacement or refund.
